- In the "Dashboard" area (available by clicking the green "Dashboard" link in the menu at the top), you'll see a listing of all of your team's available data entry periods—and clicking on any of them in the Period column will take you to the full data entry form for that period. The monthly periods are identifiable in that they include the month's name (e.g., "2017 April")...
- ...whereas the quarterly data entry periods will include the number of the quarter and the year (e.g., "Q1 2017"). Other possibilities may be annual (year only) or biannual (first or second half of the year).
- The Measures column will indicate the workflow state for the particular data entry form: "Draft", "Submitted" or "Not Started".
- Once a data entry form has been submitted, your coach or improvement advisor will be alerted to review and provide feedback. Once they do so, their linked "Evaluation" (not that the terminology will likely change soon) will be available in the Assessment column. Otherwise, if their feedback has not yet been posted you'll see "Not Started" in that column.
- Other options in the menu include downloading all your team's data to CSV by clicking the "Download Data" link...
