- The "Management" area is intended to facilitate coaches' and improvement advisors' review of data submitted by teams on a regular basis. The reports needing assessment are listed in the Report column. Clicking on one will take you to the report itself; scrolling to the bottom of a particular report will provide links to add your assessment either inline or in a separate window.
- As this listing includes only those reports ready for assessment, the Assessment status column for each should show "Not Started".
- You can view a list of all yet-to-be-submitted data entry forms for all teams by clicking the "Due data periods" in the left sidebar. This will also provide a list of users associated with that particular team, with their email addresses so that you can reach out to them directly with a reminder or otherwise.
- Any data entry forms that have already been submitted (again, including their associated users' email addresses) are available in the "Submitted data periods" section via the left sidebar.
- By default the "Management" area (available by clicking on the green "Management" link in the menu) will show you a list of all reports that have been generated that are awaiting an assessment.
- Once you have completed your assessment, the associated report (and your linked assessment) will be moved to the "Completed assessments" area, which is available in the left sidebar.
- You can view a log of all assessment activity (i.e., when they were started, submitted, etc.) by clicking the "Assessment history" link in the left sidebar.
- Reports and assessments are filterable by a series of select boxes in the left sidebar.
